How to place an Order

1. Please click on the appropriate Order Form below
2. Save the Microsoft Excel Order Form to your PC
3. Fill in the required information.
4. Attach the completed Order Form and e-mail to Calgraphics™ at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Please note the following when completing Order Forms

• You will need Microsoft Excel to view these documents
• All highlighted sections must be completed
• To cover minimum signage requirements, each site requires at least one;
  • Site Operator decal
  • Pump decal(s)
  • Service Counter Display Stand
