We are currently operating with full capacity and have confirmed today based on the most recent Victorian Government guidance that we will continue to operate through the Stage 4 restriction period. We have a COVID-19 safe plan in place to ensure both the safety of our staff and to maximise the opportunity to support everyone in our supply chain.

Our number 1 priority is to reduce the spread of the virus to our team, their families, you our valued customers and the wider community.

Our management team continue to monitor the spread of the virus, the Government guidance, and are reassessing risks, and taking proactive steps to protect the Health and Safety of our staff. As we continue to operate, we have implemented changes including new hours of work and shifts to reduce total numbers of staff onsite at any time, minimising contact and reducing face to face client meetings. Our staff have all been provided PPE, and the building has ample provision of required supplies.

Currently we remain at 100% production capacity and can receive and despatch goods using no contact processes without negative impact on service. We anticipate no significant adverse impact on deliveries unless there are restrictions on freight and delivery services imposed as part of government initiatives. We are, and will continue to, liaise with customers in respect of site installation work to either risk assess to ensure safe work now, or to reschedule to a future date.

Our office support systems remain in place, as well as the ability to complete much administrative work offsite if required. We have had good support, and assurances of ongoing capacity, from all major suppliers of our raw materials.

Wherever possible we would encourage you to use our online ordering systems (eStores) and email as this will allow us to continue to process and service your needs outside of regular business hours.

All our customer support staff, and the account management team will continue to be available to you over the telephone.

We will continue to monitor the situation and take advice from the Australian and Victorian Governments. If we take decisions to change our operations, we will advise you.

Calgraphics has been trading for more than 40 years, and with our experience, dedicated staff and professional resilience, plan to be here to support you for the next 40 years.

We remain fully committed to supporting our staff and customers through these interesting times,

Please take care and thank you for your continued support.
