When our team learned that Calgraphics had been nominated for the 2025 Maroondah Business Excellence Awards, we shared a few curious and excited glances. Not knowing who had nominated us, we were honoured to welcome representatives from Maroondah City Council into our office and warehouse for an inside look at how our team operates each day.
From nearly 300 nominations across seven categories, Calgraphics was selected as one of five finalists in the Manufacturing category. An acknowledgment from Maroondah City Council citing that each finalist demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in their products, systems, and operations.
In late October, our team attended the Awards Gala where we were proud to be announced Joint Winner of the Business Excellence Award for Manufacturing alongside Boss Aluminium, another outstanding, Australian-owned and operated family business.
Both Calgraphics and Boss Aluminium were recognised for exceptional client satisfaction, dedication to innovation, investment in advanced technologies, implementation of LEAN Management principles, and a forward-thinking approach to business.
